Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
Ingredients
- 1 34 c flour
- 13 c cocoa
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 c water
Directions
- Stir flour sugar cocoa baking powder baking soda and salt mix thoroughly Add mayonnaise water and vanilla and beat well for 3 minutes Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan Pour mixture into pan Bake in a 350 oven for 40 to 45 minutes When cake cools frost or use whipped cream
