Chocolate Meringue Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 34 C sugar
- 1 C mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff Fold in the chips Drop onto brown-paper lined cookie sheets Place in preheated oven Turn oven off and leave in with door closed for 8 hours
