Chocolate Meringue KissesCookies

Ingredients
- 12 c egg whites
- 1 14 c sugar
- 1 6 oz bag chocolate chips
- 12 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Beat egg whites until frothy
- Gradually beat in a little at a time all of the sugar and a pinch of salt
- Beat until very stiff and glossy
- Stir in vanilla and chips
- Drop heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased wrapping paper on baking sheet
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes until delicately brown
- Cool slightly
