Chocolate Meringue Pie
Ingredients
- 4 eggs separated
- 2 c sugar
- 5 rounded Tbsp flour
- 12 stick butter
- 5 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 c milk
- dash of salt
- 2 9-inch prebaked pie crusts
Directions
- Mix all together except egg whites
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent sticking
- Cook until thick and creamy
- Pour into 2 baked pie crusts
- Spread meringue on top and brown
