Chocolate Mint Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- any chocolate cake mix
- 6 oz pastel mint candies Guirard puts some out
- 12 c rolled oats
- 12 c margarine melted
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- In large bowl combine all ingredients blend well
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until set Cool one minute remove from cookie sheets
- Makes approximately 4 dozen
