Chocolate Mint Pie

Ingredients
- 1 4 oz pkg sweet cooking chocolate
- 13 c milk
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 12 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 8 oz container frozen whipped topping thawed
Directions
- Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons milk in saucepan over low heat
- Beat sugar in cream cheese add remaining milk the chocolate mixture and peppermint and beat until smooth
- Fold chocolate mixture into whipped topping
- Spoon into crust and freeze
