Chocolate Mint Pie

Ingredients

• 1 4 oz pkg sweet cooking chocolate
• 13 c milk
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 12 tsp peppermint extract
• 1 8 oz container frozen whipped topping thawed

Directions

1. Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons milk in saucepan over low heat
2. Beat sugar in cream cheese add remaining milk the chocolate mixture and peppermint and beat until smooth
3. Fold chocolate mixture into whipped topping
4. Spoon into crust and freeze
