Chocolate Mocha-Dot Cake

Ingredients
- 1 34 c sifted flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c cocoa
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c buttermilk
- 12 c strong cooled coffee
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Sift together all dry ingredients
- Add shortening 12 cup of buttermilk
- and coffee
- Beat for 2 minutes until well blended and glossy
- Add 13 cup of buttermilk or sour milk 2 eggs
- and 1
- teaspoon
- of
- vanilla
- Beat for 2 minutes until smooth
- Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured 8-inch layer cake pans

- 35 minutes at 350
- Cool
