Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 German chocolate bars
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp rum or kahlua
Directions
- Beat 6 egg whites stiff
- Add pinch of salt Beat egg yolks stiff Add 1 tablespoon sugar Melt chocolate bars in double boiler then cool Add chocolate to egg yolks
- Add vanilla and rum or kahlua
- Fold in egg whites Chill 2 hours before serving Top with whipped cream
