Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Bakers German sweet chocolate
  • 13 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the milk over low heat Beat sugar into cream cheese add remaining milk and chocolate mixture
  2. Beat until smooth
  3. Fold in Cool Whip
  4. Pour into graham cracker crust
  5. Chill about 4 hours
