Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c flaked coconut
  • 14 c butter or margarine melted
  • 1 c semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
  • 1 c Libbys solid pack pumpkin
  • 14 lb marshmallows
  • dash of salt
  • 1 12 c whipping cream whipped

Directions

  1. Makes 1 9-inch pie
  2. Preheat oven to 250
  3. Combine coconut and butter press into 9-inch pie plate
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until evenly browned
  5. Cool
  6. In medium saucepan combine chocolate morsels pumpkin marshmallows and salt
  7. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until morsels and marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth
  8. Cool beat with wire whisk
  9. Fold in whipped cream Spoon into crust
  10. Chill
