Chocolate Mousse Pie
Ingredients
- 4 oz Bakers German sweet chocolate
- 13 c milk
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions
- Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the milk over low heat Beat sugar into cream cheese add remaining milk and chocolate mixture
- Beat until smooth
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Pour into graham cracker crust
- Chill about 4 hours
