Chocolate Mousse Pie
Ingredients
- 2 c flaked coconut
- 14 c butter or margarine melted
- 1 c semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
- 1 c Libbys solid pack pumpkin
- 14 lb marshmallows
- dash of salt
- 1 12 c whipping cream whipped
Directions
- Makes 1 9-inch pie
- Preheat oven to 250
- Combine coconut and butter press into 9-inch pie plate
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until evenly browned
- Cool
- In medium saucepan combine chocolate morsels pumpkin marshmallows and salt
- Cook over low heat stirring constantly until morsels and marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth
- Cool beat with wire whisk
- Fold in whipped cream Spoon into crust
- Chill
