Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 pkg Bakers Germans sweet cooking and eating chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pt heavy sweet cream
  • bitter chocolate shavings

Directions

  1. Melt bar of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of water over low heat
  2. Stir constantly until chocolate is melted
  3. Add instant coffee and let cool
  4. Add vanilla
  5. Whip 1 12 cups heavy cream to medium consistency
  6. Fold chocolate mixture into cream
  7. Pour into pie shell and chill
  8. Garnish with bitter chocolate shavings
