Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 pkg Bakers Germans sweet cooking and eating chocolate
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pt heavy sweet cream
- bitter chocolate shavings
Directions
- Melt bar of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of water over low heat
- Stir constantly until chocolate is melted
- Add instant coffee and let cool
- Add vanilla
- Whip 1 12 cups heavy cream to medium consistency
- Fold chocolate mixture into cream
- Pour into pie shell and chill
- Garnish with bitter chocolate shavings
