Chocolate Or Coconut Pies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 2 c Pet milk
• 1 stick margarine
• 23 c flour
• 5 egg yolks save egg whites for meringue
• 2 c coconut or 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix milk and egg yolks well
2. Add margarine in saucepan Bring to a boil
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Cook until thick
5. Remove from stove
6. Beat well
7. Add vanilla and coconut or cocoa depending on kind of pie
