Chocolate Orange Sauce
Ingredients
- 34 c Hersheys premium semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1 Tbsp vegetable shortening
- 14 tsp orange extract
Directions
- In medium microwave-safe bowl place all ingredients Microwave on High 1 12 to 2 minutes or until smooth when stirred Serve warm sauce over hot poached pears
- Makes about 12 cup sauce
