Chocolate Peanut Bars
Ingredients
- 12 c sugar
- 34 c peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 c Special K cereal
- 1 c butterscotch bits
- 3 1 oz chocolate bars Hershey
- 12 c light corn syrup
Directions
- Combine sugar and syrup until it comes to a boil
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla
- Add cereal and press into buttered 9-inch square pan
- Melt chocolate bars and butterscotch pieces and spread on top
