Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 34 c cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 14 c butter flavored Crisco
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 10 or 12 oz pkg peanut butter chips

Directions

1. Stir together flour cocoa and baking soda
2. In large mixing bowl beat Crisco and sugar until light and fluffy
3. Add eggs and vanilla beat well
4. Gradually add flour mixture beating well Stir in peanut butter chips
5. Cool completely
6. Works well to cool overnight in the fridge
