Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
- 1 12 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 34 c sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 egg yolks slightly beaten
- 1 12 Tbsp butter
- 2 c milk
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- whipped cream for topping
Directions
- Combine cocoa flour cornstarch sugar and salt in a saucepan
- Add egg yolks butter and milk
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened
- Add vanilla and peanut butter
- Stir
- Cool and pour into baked pie shell
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Within an hour of serving spread whipped cream over top
