Chocolate Peanut Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c butter
- 1 c chunk-style peanut butter
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz can salted peanuts cocktail
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Cream shortening butter and peanut butter together
- Add sugar and eggs beating thoroughly
- Add flour and soda sifted together
- Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet
- Bake 15 minutes in slow oven at 350
