Chocolate Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 sq unsweetened chocolate
• 1 c milk
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c broken pecan meats

Directions

1. Mix chocolate milk sugar and syrup
2. Cook until a drop in cold water forms a soft ball
3. Remove from heat add vanilla and butter
4. Beat mixture until it becomes thick
5. Add pecans and pour into greased pans
6. Cut into squares when cool
