Chocolate Peppermint Pie

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp cocoa
• 12 c sugar
• 1 4 oz pkg chocolate pudding mix
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c heavy cream
• 2 frozen ice cream shells

Directions

1. Combine cocoa and sugar
2. Add to pudding mix and prepare as directed on package
3. Cool add vanilla
4. Whip cream and fold into chocolate mixture
5. Pour into peppermint stick ice cream shells Freeze
