Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

• 2 pre-baked pie shells cooled
• 6 eggs 3 eggs separatedreserve whites for meringue
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 heaping Tbsp self-rising flour
• 2 heaping Tbsp cocoa
• 2 cups milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 12 stick butter cut up

Directions

1. In large iron skillet beat eggs and sugar together
2. Add cocoa and flour
3. Add milk vanilla and butter
4. Mix well and bring to boil
5. Reduce heat to medium and cook until mixture thickens stirring constantly
6. Remove from heat and divide mixture between two pie shells
