Chocolate Pie Filling

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 c sweet milk
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix sugar cocoa and flour together
2. Mix milk and eggs together
3. Combine these 2 mixtures
4. Cook in double boiler until thick
5. Add butter as mixture starts to thicken
6. Cool mixture Add vanilla
