Chocolate Pistachio CannolisMakes 12 Cannolis

Ingredients

  • 12 11 12 oz pkg 1 c Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tbsp sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped citron
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 prepared 5-inch cannoli shells
  • 13 c finely chopped pistachio nuts

Directions

  1. Melt over hot not boiling water Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels stir until smooth
  2. Remove from heat cool to room temperature
  3. In a large bowl beat Ricotta cheese until smooth
  4. Add cream cheese confectioners sugar citron and vanilla extract
  5. Beat well
  6. Blend in melted morsels
  7. Spoon into cannoli shells
  8. Dip ends in nuts
  9. Chill until ready to serve
