Chocolate Pistachio CannolisMakes 12 Cannolis
Ingredients
- 12 11 12 oz pkg 1 c Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels
- 1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
- 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp sifted confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp chopped citron
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 prepared 5-inch cannoli shells
- 13 c finely chopped pistachio nuts
Directions
- Melt over hot not boiling water Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels stir until smooth
- Remove from heat cool to room temperature
- In a large bowl beat Ricotta cheese until smooth
- Add cream cheese confectioners sugar citron and vanilla extract
- Beat well
- Blend in melted morsels
- Spoon into cannoli shells
- Dip ends in nuts
- Chill until ready to serve
