Chocolate Pixies

Ingredients

• 4 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate melted
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 c vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 c confectioners sugar
• 2 12 c all-purpose flour sifted
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water or in a small saucepan over very low heat
2. Sift together flour baking powder and salt
3. Combine oil chocolate and sugar Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition
4. Add vanilla add sifted ingredients to chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly
5. Chill several hours or overnight
