Ingredients

  • 23 c Karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 12 c heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 8 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan stir corn syrup and cream
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add chocolate stir until completely melted
  5. Serve warm as a dip for fruit
  6. Makes 1 12 cups
