Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 14 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 eggs separated
- 1 Tbsp and 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 3 c milk
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 12 stick margarine
Directions
- Mix sugar flour and cocoa Beat with egg yolks and milk Cover over medium heat stirring until thick Stir in margarine and 1 tablespoon vanilla Pour into pie plate or casserole dish Set aside Beat egg whites and add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla Pour on top of pudding Brown at 350
