Chocolate Quick Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 Tbsp vinegar
• 1 c cold water
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 6 Tbsp cooking oil

Directions

1. Sift all dry ingredients into 8 or 9-inch cake tin or dish Make three indentations in dry ingredients
2. In first indentation put vanilla
3. In second indentation put vinegar
4. In third indentation put cooking oil
5. Pour cold water over whole thing and mix with a fork
6. Bake at 325 for approximately 40 minutes Makes 1 small cake
