Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 14 c 7 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 34 c packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 2 Tbsp water optional
- 34 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt chocolate chips with butter cool slightly
- In a large mixing bowl at medium speed beat brown sugar and eggs until blended
- Add chocolate mixture and dissolved coffee beat well
- Stir in flour and baking powder
- Spread evenly in baking pan
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean cool on a wire rack
