Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 14 c 7 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 c butter or margarine
  • 34 c packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 2 Tbsp water optional
  • 34 c all-purpose flour
  • 12 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt chocolate chips with butter cool slightly
  3. In a large mixing bowl at medium speed beat brown sugar and eggs until blended
  4. Add chocolate mixture and dissolved coffee beat well
  5. Stir in flour and baking powder
  6. Spread evenly in baking pan
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean cool on a wire rack
