Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 7 oz jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Tbsp imitation rum extract
  • 3 c crisp rice cereal
  • 12 c coconut
  • 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler let stand until cool but not set
  2. Combine melted chocolate Marshmallow Creme and rum extract stir well
  3. Add cereal coconut and pecans
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls
  5. Chill until firm
  6. Yields 4 12 dozen
