Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 c sifted flour
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 c water
• 12 c shortening
• 12 c cocoa
• 12 c buttermilk
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 14 c cocoa
• 6 Tbsp milk
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cake
2. Sift together the sugar and flour
3. In a saucepan bring to a boil the shortening oleo water and cocoa
4. Pour over flour and sugar mixture while hot
5. Add buttermilk beaten eggs soda and vanilla
6. Bake in sheet pan in a 400 oven for 20 minutes
7. While cake is baking make icing
