Chocolate Shot Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c butter real
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 12 c sifted flour
- 12 tsp soda
- 1 c oatmeal
Directions
- Cream butter and add sugar gradually cream until fluffy
- Add vanilla and flour with soda mixed in add oatmeal
- Chill 30 minutes and then roll dough in log shape
- Then roll log in chocolate decors or shots
- Cut into 14-inch slices
- Bake on foil covered cookie sheet at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes
- Makes 4 dozen
