Chocolate Snack CakeWithout Eggs

Ingredients

• 1 23 c flour
• 1 c brown sugar
• 14 c cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c water
• 13 c oil
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix first 5 ingredients dry in bowl with fork stir in rest
3. Pour into ungreased 8 x 8-inch pan Bake 35 to 40 minutes
4. Cake can be mixed in pan
5. Recipe can be doubled and made in 13 x 9-inch pan but should be mixed with mixer
