Chocolate Snowballs
Ingredients
- 2 c plain flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 34 c margarine
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 c chocolate chips
- confectioners sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Sift together flour and salt
- Set aside
- Blend margarine sugar and vanilla beat in egg
- Stir in flour mixture nuts and chocolate chips
- Shape into 1-inch balls Place on an ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes Cool slightly then roll in confectioners sugar
