Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

• 34 c cocoa
• 1 12 c sugar
• dash of salt
• 1 c hot water
• 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine cocoa sugar and salt in medium saucepan Stir in water and mix until smooth Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly Cook for 3 minutes Remove from heat and add vanilla Pour into container and refrigerate Use to pour over ice cream or put 2 tablespoons of syrup in an 8-ounce glass of cold or hot milk
