Chocolate Syrup Brownies

Ingredients

  • 12 c butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 34 c chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 14 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
  3. Sift flour and baking soda together
  4. Add alternately with chocolate syrup to creamed mixture
  5. Blend in vanilla and nuts
  6. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch square pan
  7. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
