Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 3 sq chocolate
• 3 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 eggs
• 3 c sugar
• 1 12 c salad oil
• 3 c finely grated zucchini
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate in double boiler
2. Sift the flour salt baking powder and soda
3. Beat the eggs and gradually add sugar beat well
4. Add oil and chocolate beat until well blended
5. Add sifted dry ingredients and beat until smooth
6. Stir in zucchini and nuts
7. Pour in greased and floured tube pan
8. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
