Chocolate Zucchini Cake With Chocolate Chip Topping

Ingredients

• 1 c brown sugar
• 12 c white sugar
• 12 c margarine
• 12 c oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp soda
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 c buttermilk
• 2 12 c flour
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 3 zucchini finely grated 6 inches long
• 1 c chocolate chips
• 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Cream the sugar butter and oil
2. Add eggs one at a time Add vanilla and buttermilk mix well
3. Add measured dry ingredients then grated zucchini
4. Blend well
5. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top bake at 325 for 45 minutes
