Chow Mein Candy

Ingredients

• 12 oz butterscotch chips
• 3 oz chow mein noodles
• 1 c salted peanuts

Directions

1. Melt butterscotch chips in double boiler
2. Do not boil Remove from heat
3. Add chow mein noodles and peanuts
4. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper
