Chow Mein Chunkies

Ingredients

• 1 lb peanut butter
• 1 can or 2 c chow mein noodles
• 34 c peanuts
• 1 lb butterscotch coating chocolate

Directions

1. Melt butterscotch coating
2. Add peanut butter stir and melt Stir in noodles and peanuts
3. Drop into large candy cups and let set at room temperature
