Chris CrawfordS Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 12 c shortening
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 34 c scalded milk cooled
- 2 pkg dry yeast dissolved in 14 c warm water
- 6 c flour
Directions
- Cream together first 3 ingredients
- Then add remaining ingredients and knead well
- Let rise until double in size Pinch into round individual rolls
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350
