Chris Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 23 Ritz crackers crushed
- 1 c finely chopped pecans
Directions
- Beat egg whites until very stiff add sugar gradually and baking powder
- Beat until stiff
- Fold in crackers nuts and vanilla
- Put in buttered pie pan bake at 350 for 23 minutes May be served with whipped cream
