ChristinaS Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 jar taco sauce
  • 8 oz shredded cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • taco chips
  • 1 can bean dip
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sour cream
  • 1 can Ro-Tel small drained
  • 1 pkg Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1 pkg Cheddar cheese grated

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Serve with tortilla chips
