Christmas Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

• 3 c applesauce unsweetened
• 4 tsp baking soda
• 1 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp ground cloves
• 2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 4 c all-purpose flour
• 12 c cherry preserves
• 12 c pineapple preserves
• 1 c pecans chopped

Directions

1. Combine applesauce soda and butter in saucepan heat on low and let cool
2. In large bowl combine sugar cinnamon cloves nutmeg and flour
3. Combine with applesauce mixture
4. Add preserves and nuts
