Christmas Brunch Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 12 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 c sour cream
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 14 c brown sugar
• 1 to 2 diced apples

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar Add eggs and vanilla
2. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the butter mixture alternately with the sour cream
3. Pour half the batter into a buttered tube pan
