Christmas Casserole Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 Eggs
• 1 c Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 c cut up Dates
• 1 c chopped Nuts
• 1 c Coconut
• Red Sugar
• Green Sugar

Directions

1. Beat Eggs well add Sugar and beat until fluffy
2. Add Vanilla Dates Nuts and Coconut
3. Put in a greased 2-12 quart casserole Bake 30 minutes at 350
4. Stir well and let cool
5. Roll into balls and roll in the colored Sugars
