Christmas Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 lb American cheese grated
• 2 lb cream cheese
• 1 small can ripe olives chopped 12 c
• 2 large cloves garlic chopped
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 14 tsp salt
• large pinch of soda
• 14 c evaporated milk

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well
2. Sprinkle with paprika and roll Wrap in foil and chill
3. Slice as needed and serve with Ritz crackers
4. Keeps 3 weeks in refrigerator
