Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 c self-rising flour
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 c orange brandy
- 4 c chopped nuts
- 12 lb candied cherries
- 12 lb candied pineapple
- 12 lb dates chopped
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs Mix in flour and spice Pour brandy over chopped up fruit and nuts
- Add to cake mix Refrigerate for 12 day before cooking
- Grease cookie sheet Cook for 15 minutes at 300
