Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- approximately 6 c flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 12 tsp salt
- 12 c molasses
- 1 c rolled oats in 2 c boiling water
- 2 pkg yeast in 13 c lukewarm water
Directions
- Cook oats and add other ingredients
- Raise and put in pans as usual
- Bake at 325 in oven 4-inches from bottom for 50 minutes Add raisins dried fruits or herbs if wanted
