Christmas Corn
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 12 oz can and 1 17 oz can corn drained
- 1 can green chilies drained
- 1 small jar pimientos chopped and drained
Directions
- Mix margarine and cream cheese
- Add corn green chilies and chopped pimientos
- Pour into a casserole and bake at 350 until bubbly
