Christmas Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 family size pkg strawberry jello
• 1 envelope plain gelatin
• 1 c pecans ground
• 1 lb fresh cranberries cooked
• 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple
• 1 can mandarin oranges cut in half
• 1 diced apple

Directions

1. Follow directions on gelatin using 2 cups of boiling water and plain gelatin
2. Add sugar
3. Mix to dissolve
4. Add the rest of the ingredients
5. Mix well and chill
