Christmas Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can whole cranberries
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 1 pkg Jell-O lemon small
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1 orange
- 14 c sugar
- 2 c hot water
Directions
- Mix Jell-O plain gelatin and hot water
- Stir until dissolved
- Add remaining ingredients
- Put in dish or mold and chill until firm
