Christmas Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 c light Karo syrup
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 tsp soda
  • 1 12 oz box Rice Chex
  • 12 c slivered almonds
  • 2 c coconut

Directions

  1. Boil syrup butter sugar and salt together for 5 minutes at medium-high
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Add vanilla and soda return to heat and cook 2 more minutes
  4. Pour over Rice Chex almonds and coconut mix well
  5. Pour out onto greased cookie sheet large Cool cut and eat
