Christmas Crunchies

Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c white sugar
- 1 egg well beaten
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 12 c coconut
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 c oatmeal
- 1 c cornflakes
Directions
- Cream butter add sugars and then eggs and vanilla
- Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture
- Last add cornflakes oatmeal coconut and nuts
- Roll into small balls and place about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
- Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies
