Christmas Eve Hot Dish

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground round lean hamburger
• 12 lb American cheese cubed
• 12 16 oz pkg egg noodles
• 12 c black olives chopped
• 12 tsp soy sauce
• 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 soup can milk
• 12 c chow mein noodles
• 12 c cashews
• 1 medium onion chopped

Directions

1. Brown meat with chopped onion
2. Drain and add cubed cheese cooked noodles olives and soy sauce
3. Pour in casserole
4. Pour soup and milk over top
5. Bake at 350 in covered casserole for 35 minutes
6. Sprinkle chow mein noodles and cashews over top and bake for 15 minutes more uncovered
