Christmas Eve Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 large can Italian tomatoes
- 1 large can Ginl crushed tomatoes
- 2 to 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can anchovies
- 14 c pine nuts
- 12 c raisins
- 1 can of black olives sliced
- 1 lb cappellini
Directions
- Place olive oil and crushed garlic in a large deep frying pan Heat on medium heat
- Open anchovies and place anchovies oil in pan
- Chop anchovies and add
- When garlic turns slightly golden brown add tomatoes crush tomatoes first and Ginl
- Add raisins and pine nuts
- Simmer for 25 minutes
- Add olives and simmer 5 minutes more
- Cook pasta
- Pour sauce over and mix well
